When listings sit with no showings or offers, it’s almost always about price, condition, or exposure — but price is king. Remember:
“If you’re not the best deal in town, why would a buyer choose you?”
Don’t be afraid to have the tough, honest conversation with your seller. You owe them the truth and a plan.
2) Double Down on Value-Adding Actions

In a shifting market, focus more on the activities that actually move the needle:
